The Tamil expression “பகர்பரா சத்தி” (Pagar para shakti) refers to the divine shakti or energy underlying utterance or speech. The Tamil word “பகர்” (Pagar) refers to that which is radiant or resplendent, but also connotes utterance or declaration (Tamil: பகர்தல் – Pagardal). Hence, the expression “பகர்பரா சத்தி” involves reference to utterance or speech.

This interpretation is supported by the fact that the context of this couplet is a reference to sound-waves (Tamil: சத்தம் or Sattam) and the Nada Brahman or transcendental sound-vibration (Tamil: நாத பிரமம் or Nada Biramam). It is apposite to consider, in the context of the preceding couplets on sound-waves and primordial sound-vibration, the shakti or energy underlying, impelling, and inspiring utterance or speech, the Word, sound-meaning.

The Tamil expression “தெளிவுசெய் தலைவர்” refers to intelligent revealers or illuminers who are also governors or supervisors of agents and processes of revelation or illumination in the cosmos. The development of knowledge is a function of revelation or illumination of a hitherto concealed process, aspect, factor, fact, or truth.

These earlier couplets in the Agaval also express the revelations of OmniLight to Ramalingam on the five types of primordial designer-governors. These higher beings and their worlds are inaccessible to humans and extraterrestrials in our universe. Therefore, the revelations of OmniLight to Ramalingam, as expressed in these couplets, are the only sources of our conceptions of their existence.

The Tamil expression “மறைத்திடு தலைவர்” refers to intelligent concealers or obscurers who are also governors or supervisors of agents and processes of obscuration or concealment in the cosmos. 

Obscuration or concealment of aspects, factors, processes, phenomena, entities, etc., in the cosmos is a requirement of development of knowledge. If everything was revealed at the outset, there would be no development of knowledge. It is also a requirement of order in the cosmos.
